Return Eligibility
● The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
● The item should be in the same condition as it was when you received it.
● Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged transit.
To ensure that your item meets these return conditions, we encourage you to inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you find any defects or discrepancies, please contact us immediately.
How to Return or Exchange an Item

Once we have received your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the product. Please note that returns sent without an RAN will not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item is damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges
